We recommend you “double Jiffy bag” your phone (put your phone in a Jiffy bag, roll it up and place in a second Jiffy bag and seal) and send it Recorded or Special Delivery, all handsets are returned by Recorded Delivery.
Please do NOT send us your SIM card or memory card; we will not be responsible for these under any circumstances.

How long does it take?
Our turn around time for unlocking is QUICK !!!
We unlock your phone the same day it arrives to us and in most cases we post it back to you the same day too! Usually a Quick 48 Hour turnaround.

Don't Forget!!! Even if you have tried other online services and they have failed, we can still help as long as your phone still makes an out going call on it's original network the chances are that the locks have been closed by an incorrect code or bad unlock, this can usually be fixed for around £5-£10 depending on phone make.
