What to do next?
First you must ensure your phone is active, this means it must make and complete a call, if it cuts the call or you hear 3 beeps then your phone is probably barred. DO NOT SEND US A BARRED PHONE; there are no refunds if your phone is bared.

Now from the list on the left find your phone manufacturer and then select your phones model from the drop down list, this will take you to the next stage.

If you do not know the make or model of your phone it will be printed on the box and on a label under the battery.

Don't Forget!!! Even if you have tried other online services and they have failed, we can still help as long as your phone still makes an out going call on it's original network the chances are that the locks have been closed by an incorrect code or bad unlock, this can usually be fixed for around £5-£10 depending on phone make.
